WAP-183-ProvCont-20010724-a specification

Hi list, 
 
Do we implement WAP-183-ProvCont-20010724-a specification in Kannel WML
compiler?
Because when I try to find syntax mapping in ota_prov_attr.h for example
"PXADDR", I can not found it.
 
WAP-183-ProvCont-20010724-a is use by latest Siemens and Pocket PC 2003 for
their OTA provisioning.
