Using X-Kannel headers to control PPG

Hi List,

I would like to use X-Kannel headers, instead of cgi variables, to 
ppg's sms level (smsc routing and delivery reports).
So we can avoid all decoding encoding stuff. Note cgivars would *not* 
work anymore.
