hmm, don't know :( I have seen that some SMSC's doesn't allow more as one bind 
if you are using version = 34, due to existing of transceiver mode. So you 
can try one of following:
	1) set version to 33 and try with 2 bind's (tx and rx)
	2) set version to 34 and try with transceiver mode

nope, it's only related to bind attempt, because system_id is a nulterminated 
c-string and was not received...
