I've registered openmmsc.org/net/com and would like to start an MMSC
project, this would hopefully build in a modular form the various
interfaces and content conversion bits, it should work with Kannel to do
any SMS work.

I guess at some point it could sit with OpenSS7 to get the SS7
functionality to build a complete one, but in the interim would allow
basic MMSC functionality.
