send EMS

Hi,

I have some problem to send EMS sound.
I follow the examples of an Alcaltel doc, and i send a very long
UDH,like this

and a short texte like this
Texte field : 00,
Of course, i make a url-encode before send to the smsbox.
But i get a UDH misformed from Kannel.
I don't understand where i make a mistake.

Does someone suceed to send EMS ?
Can I have some explication ?
