Set interface-version = 33 but it's still bitching. Not to worry, I'll just ignore it :-)

  It's ok... Parsing of pdu was correctly done in kannel. These TLV's are 
  reserved for vendor specific operational parameters and we can't handle 
  those... so just ignore it or define: interface-version = 33 for this smpp 
  link...
