i've quickly checked current cvs and it seems as if the bug i described
is fixed. the bearerbox routes sms messages in deliver_sms_to_queue()
now, which writes ack/nacks to the store on success/failure to route a
message.

of course, it's attached. the patch modifies smscconn_usable().
