Stop. I have been reading this thread and Stipe's response again.
If Kannel forwards a redirection transparently to the Wap browser, this means that the Wap browser issues a new
request to Kannel. This new request carries at the same time the new URI-base.

So what goes wrong here?

About your question about the location header: Exactly, you are right.
I was referring to the Location-header that is present in the (previous) redirect response. This response has the status code that you mention.

But 'location' can only appear in the response '201' and '3**'.
'Content-location' can appear in most response.
