[RFC][PATCH] UUID support for kannel

Hi List, attached you can find a patch that implements UUID (Universal Unique Id) support for kannel. The uuid functions where borrowed from libuuid (http://e2fsprogs.sourceforge.net) that implements DEC compatible UUIDs (see http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9629399/apdxa.htm and http://www.webdav.org/specs/draft-leach-uuids-guids-01.txt). Note: This patch breaks smsc_soap.c functionality! Comments are highly welcome!
