nope it's not a randmon criteria, it's just a quality of the contributed 
patches and abstraction layer that sometimes needed in order to keep things 
working for all and make a way that new features would be easier added... And 
not just: heh I hack this feature in kannel (because we need it right now) 
and do not think about how things can be generalized so that following 
features just works w/o a need to hack more and more... as example see this 
grown smsbox , it's ugly, not readable, not maintainable etc.

this comment correlates not only to you but to _all_ and me to.

From my personally point of view: I'm tired to be only the one that going todo 
stresstests and fix the bugs and all others just adds new features with new 
bugs.
