Problem with installing the gateway

Hi,
   Can you help me with running the stable version gateway.zip. I have installed the Cygwin, I have passed the compiling the gateway stage and in the installing stage. After I typed " gw/bearerbox "

The following message shown up:

$ gw/bearerbox
