Kannel: DSL problem

Hi,

I do have a strange problem after using a DSL
connection to the Internet. Kannel 1.2.1 has been
configured and running as a Wap gateway for quite long
time using an ISDN connection without problems.

We have replaced the ISDN connection by a DSL one,
after that it was not possible to access any WAP pages
via the mobile (Siemens S55)- the error was always
"Network Error" . The Kannel gateway is ruuning under
Linux SuSe 7.3. As a check, I have changed the value
of the MTU from 1500 to 1452, after that I am able to
access some WAP pages but not all (only the not too
heavy ones). 

The problem now, that with some WAP pages (I guess the
heavy ones) I get the following error:

"Fragmented IP Protocol" between the WAP gateway and
the mobile.

Does Kannel needs special settings (i.e, MTU, ... etc
values) when using a DSL connection?

Any ideas are welcomed..
