bearerbox and smsbox http restart, possible bug?

Hi my name is Jarl, I've been trying to solve a problem that I've just 
realised stops me from restarting kannel via http.

I'm sure you're all familiar with restarting the bearerbox and smsbox with:
lynx -dump "http://localhost:12345/restart?password=bar"

Now the problem is that the smsbox doesn't wait long enough to restart, this 
means the bearerbox hasn't loaded its port yet and therefore the smsbox 
thinks there isn't any bearebox and thereby fails to load.

Now I'm no expert on programming, but would it be possible to change 
something so that the smsbox waits another 5 or so seconds before 
restarting, that way the bearerbox would have some more time and we could 
all restart kannel via http without having to ssh in to the server and start 
it up manually.
