Mini Feature Request -> enable flag in smsc module configuration

Hi,

Would like to request for a mini feature.

I would like to have a enable=yes/no configuartion under the group=smsc, 
this is because for one set up, I might have 3/4 smsc, and one of them 
might not be up yet, so what I do now is to comment off all the 
configurations, but its a bit troublesome, as I use comments as 
documentations also...

so just set
enable=yes
to enable the smsc
and
enable=no
the smsc will not be started.
