Feature requests

Hi all

Since we are talking about feature requests.

How about a feature to let you add and re-read (only those which have
changed) configuration files without having to restart everything.

I have unique configuration files for every large account.  This means
that when I add a new service everything has to be stopped and
restarted.  Ok, its fairly quick (even with 300 large accounts).. But if
I could add new connections (services) without the restart it would be
much better.

Just an idea.
