Feature Request ???

Hi all,
I use internal dlr storage. I had one off my SMSC connections down for some
time, so all the messages, that I send to it are stored in storage file
(only this one SMSC is allowed for those messages). Then I uncommented the
only one allowed SMSC and started kannel - all stored messages was discarded
and deleted from storage file:

2004-02-27 02:06:33 [8] WARNING: No SMSCes to receive message, discarding
it!
2004-02-27 02:06:33 [8] WARNING: Cannot find SMSCConn for message to
<3719794533>, rejected.

maybe such problem exists only with internal dlr storage, not with mysql,
but maybe it is reasonable to make functionality like described Phuah Yee

I would like to have a enable=yes/no configuartion under the group=smsc...


And then kannel can keep messages in storage when SMSC is set to enable=no
(not uncommented).

Or maybe I made some mistakes in my kannel config and no similar things must
happen in such case? And also above described functionality can not help?
