Has anyone looked into adding in the Parlay 4 OSA Connectivity Manager API
into the smsc_soap module at all?

I'm guessing being session based XML over http it should be relatively easy
to implement - however before starting I thought it might be worth seeing if
it's been done and/or if anyone else is looking at supporting the standard?
