SMPP connection

Hi

I need to open connection to SMPP server with following details:
bind-addr-ton=3
bind-addr-npi=1

source-addr-ton=3
source-addr-npi=1

dest-addr-ton=1
dest-addr-npi=1

>From kannel manual i found out how to set source and dest ton/npi but how to
set bind ton/npi?

My current kannel.conf says:
source-addr-ton = 3
source-addr-npi = 1
dest-addr-ton   = 1
dest-addr-npi   = 1

But then i check bearerbox.log i get:
