Thanks for speedy replies, i will summarize answers to all the questions 
in one email here :)

Thanks Jury, i will check c100 and x100 for the firmware/setting , 
question is are they the only samsung phones that support colored images 
and polyphonic ringtones? (doubtfully) (and even more of a problem to 
upgrade it on someone else's terminal, as most people won't know how to 
or want to upgrade their firwares just for this, right? :( )

Unlike "normal" phones (nokias for instance ;) ) samsungs do not have 
the "use detail" option and the phone does not have an option to 
transfer the url from the sms message to a wap browser... :(

Hillel,
We happen to use stable/dev versions of kannel on different environments 
here, not that it should change the udh of the messages, should it?
