That's a useful info, however the uaprofs do contain some uncertainties...

all of them have:
*************************************** WAP Characteristics Description 
***************************************
....
<prf:WapPushMsgSize>1400</prf:WapPushMsgSize>
...

but together with that there is another definition:
*************************************** Push Characteristics Description 
***************************************
...
<prf:Push-MsgSize>4096</prf:Push-MsgSize>
...


not to mention there is no definition of what the push type accepted by 
phone is...
(and if there are two different kinds of push messages, what are they, 
and moreover, the msgsize represents the size of push message itself or 
maximum size of the content that the push refers to?)

Can you clear this out a bit ?
