how to implement the WTCP in linux ??

Mr. paulkeogh  said that we can change the TCP params to optimise the TCP to
wirelesss network in linu .but i do not know how to do it.
and i guess that should we change the  system call socket() to give a api to
user to send their data through WTCP ?


Could nybody  tell me ?
