and which port is selected in the gateway when terminal starts a TO tcp
connection to gateway ? 
i don't find the real value from the document .
i think that when TO occurs , the gateway looks like a http server not a http
client. but the document said that terminal like a client in the "PUSH"
operations.
is it right ?
