which port is selected in the terminal when gateway sends a PO PUSH message to it ?

I want to implement the OTA_HTTP using kannel push gateway.
In the TO tcp connection procedure , the push gateway can listen on the port
:
"a port specified in SIR (if present)" to wait the terminal's connection.

when i send a PO PUSH message to the terminal ,which port will the terminal
listening on ?

The document "WAP-235-PushOTA-20010425-a" told us that the terminal would 
use "one of the registered push ports (non-secure/secure) OR 
     another port, agreed by some implementation specific means".
but i can't get more detail info from this .what is the real port number?
