yes, we at Wapme have MMSC running via CSD too. Actually it's
transparent to the MMS/WSP layer, since it only provides the IP stack
itself.

The only thing you will notice is that the message flow itself is a
"bit" slower then using a GPRS bearer.

tested here with several MMS-capable handsets. All that are CSD/GPRS
able are fine.
