[PATCH] [CFT] [RFC] [WIP] automake conversion

Ok, after a long silence.

This huge piece of stuff was born as part of exercise named "learn
automake".

For now, I converted only basic stuff. Currently, it can build three
boxes and run_kannel_box executable. It builds couple of shared libs
(using libtool) and links boxes with them.
It works on linux, I will perform basic solaris testing after I send
this message.

Now, I am waiting for feedback. It is a huge piece of work I've done
here, to make thing work and more portable. For example, I've renamed
regex.h to gwregex.h for obvious reason, also I've split gw/*.c into
files belonging to bearerbox, smsbox, ang wapbox - but it is just a
wild guesses.

So please asy, if anyone interested then I will continue to port other
stuff, like benchmarks and tests. I will appreciate any help, since I
don't know what some files for at all :(

Also, I am doing all work on top of my tree, which contain some
enhancements I described before (curl, multiple wdp interfaces,
charsets), but most of them are non-intrusive, conditional, and easily
tunable.
