smsc and emi

Hello Nisof I saw you while I search ucp and smsc. I'm trying smsc and ucp applications
I want to see ucp format and how is the smsc structure so I need smsc emi I found kannel
But I couldn't run completely because I did test with some project. but it wasn't. 
I did simple test project on TCP-IP  conn.  and I used to kannel emi2 but I Could'nt 
association with kannel and my project. kannel conn ok  and I wrote :
What is the problem?
