concat message packing

hi all

i am unable to make concatenated messages work.
as per the provider all the messages with udh are considered as binary
so they want packing
in case of nowsms the message is packed and works fine but concat msgs
sent through kannel doesn't as there is no packing
has anybody make it worked?

Any pointers are appreciated.
