urltrans %m option working?

For the last few years we've been using Kannel I've never got the %m url
substitute option to work, even though from reading the code it looks like
it should do. Instead we've always used the %k %r substitutes instead.

i.e. in theory get-url=http://my.server.com/msg=%m

Anyone know if the code works here or is just redundant?
