MMS tools

Hello all, I spoke (two month ago?) about some MMS tools I was going to
code.
 
I have a lot of work, so this took me more time than expected but I have
some tools almost finished. Basically there is:
- An internal representation of MMS 
- A Reader from text files.
- A Reader from binaries format 
- A Writer to binary format (just the MMS part, not the Wap or Wap push
parts, see below) 
- A Writer to text format.
 
The goal for me was to have a little and fast made MMS center. Actually
here are functionalities (and limitation):
-          I used MMS Spec 1.1 (for internal reason of our cpie)
-          The text format does not follows any spec (I know, this is
bad) this can be changed fast, this is just a matter of needs.
-          It is written in CAML Language. Do not be afraid this is very
easy to read and modify, I think this is easier to learn CAML that to
learn preprocessor tricks in C, after this is a matter of taste.
-          It has been made to be used as :
o        Test tool
o        Compiler from textual header (and textual desc of MMS) to
binary MMS and de-compiler.
o        MMS part of an MMSC in collaboration with apache, Kannel and a
Mail T.A.
 
Actually I can not release it yet, this should be possible in 2 weeks I
think (this is mainly because we have a lot of work today and we have no
time to finish some points.).
One drawback is that code and comments mix a lot French and English,
depending how tired I was at the moment, so I think I will have to
translate it fully to English before any release.
 
It may be interesting for some people, so I wanted to keep you informed.
