I will have a look at papers about licence, This will be a great thing
for my culture anyway. (I know only basic differences).

I don’t like one letter languages ;)

This should not cause too much trouble, the application is made of
independents exe that should interacts with Apache/kannel and (soon) a
SGBD and a MTA.

For anyone who had a taste of functional language, (recursion, function
as parameters, iterators as map...) CAML is a matter of 2 hours to
learn, you can have a look at:
http://caml.inria.fr/ocaml/htmlman/manual003.html.

A great point in CAML, syntax is very simple, so understanding code is
easy.
