Tools for MMS.

Hello, I spoke about tools for MMS, I had cleaned them up (rewrite all
comments in English, rewrite some code.) and. lost the modified version
in a double disk failure (!).
 
I will so distribute the "dirty" version and rewrite a small
documentation. I also think I will use services of sourceforge or
Savanah to avoid any other trouble if my computer fails again.
