It's tha main loop, wait for incomming TCP/IP connections. I used a
event based library named "mio" from the jabberd2 project.

I'm sorry for my english. :-)

Uh, I make some modification in the Makefile for include the "mio"
library. Ok, I'm new in the C world, I use Anjuta like my IDE, but I
can't import the project.
