Editing smskannel.conf and Got a warning when building

tested the fakesmsc. I still have to work on this however, as I got some
error.





No, just use any text editor.

Kannel should create .depend automatically. If not, make depend creates 
it.
(Warning is harmless, if Kannel says afterwards that it is doing make 
depend itself)

Any text editor can be used here (ascii one, that is, one you can use 
for creating
sources)
