Seems like Kannel only supports Ericsson/NMP WBXML, but not the
OpenMobileAlliance.org XML format.

Though I was able to find a patch[1] in the kannel-devel mailing list,
and I've started to integrate with CVS HEAD, I'd like to know the reason
for not including it in the kannel CVS.
