Help I'm using kannel version 1.2.0 I have modified some program in the
cimd2 
But when one of the telco, added some provision in their checking, our
kannel 
Disconnect and reconnect everytime they send us those error codes, pls.
help
Do I need to upgrade our kannel to 1.3.0?
