SMS not Sent

Hi, I am send sms using the URL http://localhost:13013/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=test&password=test&to=01234567&text=hello+world . The system responses with "Sent". However, I waited for more than 15minutes, the SMS still not reach my the other GSM phone. However, if I send SMS to this the other GSM phone using another GSM phone, SMS was received within 30 seconds. In smsbox.log, it logged sendsms sender:<test:13013> (127.0.0.1) to:<01234567> msg:<hello world> message length 30, sending 1 messages Status: 202 Answer: <Sent.> In kannel.log, it logged boxc_receiver: sms received I uses minicom to test whether the GSM phone is properly connect with the linux server by issuing the command "at+cpin?" and receive "+cpin:Ready" from the phone showing that the connection between the linux server and my GSM phone is fine.
