SMS Received not forward to Kannel

Hi,

I am able to send SMS from Kannel SMS gateway.
However, SMS received is not forwarded by the phone to
the Kannel. Is there any special configuration needed
in kannel.conf?

Any hint or advise is greatly appreciated.
