Is it kannel 1.3.2 compatible with wavecom...

Dear All,
Does anyone have tried kannel 132 with wavecom GSM Modem Fastrack or WMOD2. I found some error that I cant figure it out how. My kannel can receive sms but it cannot send sms. I think it is because the pdu coding error by the kannel, that the DA destination address wont change to 91H as international settings. Please assist me what would I do to fix this.
I use RedHat 9 as the Linux.
