Walking upstairs from subway this morning, I remembered this and thought
that storing everything stripped and making strict comparison with
stripped data would work.

So we would INSERT a DLR record with stripped destination and
UPDATE/DELETE/SELECT would get a stripped destination for WHERE clause.

What do you think?
