JFYI I've finished splitting my patchset into pieces.
series include:

automake
  You've seen this one

curl-2
  Add curl support (much discussed)

simple-charset
  "Optimize" charset handling in wap-appl by normalizing it all to
   UTF-8

msisdn-accounting
  Include MSISDN field into access.log, to allow us to track what our
  users are doing

freeradius
  MSISDN retrieval from freeradius using dbutmp module

I will make it all available a bit later (just tired now)
