Hello!

I'd like you to look at some additions I've made to latest dev. release 
(1.3.2) for me. May be you'll find it useful:

* changed function name "list_delete" to "list_delete_gw", due name conflict 
between my_list.h in mysql headers and list.h in gwlib.
* added some functionality for proper decoding/encoding sms messages not only 
to/from iso-8859-1 charset. You can set desired charset via "server-charset" 
option in "smsbox" group. And don't forget to set "mo-recode" otion to "yes" 
too. Thus I can receive and read sms in koi8-r charset for example and all my 
output in koi8-r charset from "exec" scripts will be properly encoded to ucs2 
encoding too.
* added new parameter (escape code) "%m" for sms-service group. It ouputs 
decoded sms message as-is, not url-encoded.
