Re: MNC issue when using Kannel SMPP

Is your SMSC using SMPP version 3.4 or 3.3? (Try setting interface-version
for this). Ask them first all the connection details. Are you sure your
transmitter and receiver are both connected when you start Kannel? Please,
send config files and detailed log files.
