Hello Kalle!
I am sending you a patch I made for Kannel.
In our country, all mobile operators are blocking UDP ports 9200-3 when connecting using GPRS APN "internet". These ports are allowed only when connecting using GPRS APN "wap" (which has of course much higher price per one kilobyte).
Some phones (like Siemenses) allow to use custom defined WAP-gateway port. But Kannel had UDP ports hardcoded. I made the changes so now it is possible in the configuration file under "core" group define your own ports like this:
wsp-port = 81
wtp-port = 82
wsps-port = 83
wtps-port = 84

If any of these lines are ommited, the defaults are used. You will find my patch attached. I didn't made any changes in documentation because up to now I used it just for my own purposes, but I think someone else could find this feature usefull.
