Hi Shashi,

I don't think that you would be able to get the MSISN in every possible 
use-case. Simply that is because for privacy reasons the service 
providers submit in some case a MSISDN, but most often some unique 
string. This you can get only if you're registered for their portals 
what requires some contract with them. I can assure you that at least 
all of the german service providers do it in this way, and as far as I 
know most of the european one's too. Does anyone else has further 
knowledge about this?
