Yeah, thanks a lot. I just noticed that. So it's the ota-compiler code
which is probably broken. It seems to drop URL and WAP bookmarks from
settings-type OTA messages, although the spec says it's valid to have
them there.

I think I'll post a patch about this. Actually it would be much better
if we could simply use libwbxml2 for compiling OTA messages.
