Strange Behaviour with %t parameter in sms-service

Hi List,

I recently found myself having trouble when using a sms-service group
that invokes get request using the parameter %t. Regarding to the
documentation I expected to contain the timestamp that is shown on a
cell, but instead it contains the time that Kannel received the SMS, and
here it comes, plus five(!!!) hours.
I reproduced this behaviour on Kannel with 1.3.2 and 1.4.0 and with
different network operators. Unfortunately I am not able to test it with
1.2.1.
At first I thought it might be that Kannel runs with a timezone
different to systemtime, but due to the times from any of my logfiles
that's not the case.
Any suggestions on how this can be solved, or maybe it's some problem
with my configuration?

Bye,
Christian.
