Unable to get the data at %A in "dlr-url"

Hai to all
   
      I am New to kannel and I got a problem with dlr's 

      I constructed an URL as follows:
  
       http://localhost/cgi-bin/dlrurl.cgi?x=%d&y=%A.
In this url I am getting values for %d but not for %A (specifing that I am using fake smsc.)
    
       And also I want to know what are the main actions going on in kannel during this delivery reports? I searched a lot but I did not get information rrgarding this. I studied user guide too.
      
        Please help me in this.
