Hi all,

Can u tell me if there is an error code in a submit_sm_resp
permit to resubmit the msg; like "Queue Full Error" but with
a frequency less important.

Indeed I have an operator that want to
send vendor error code in submit_sm_resp;
then we submit again the msg.
