I think no testing with SX1 is needed because change is obvious. I
think testing with other models is needed because this behavior
differs from those been before on different (e.g. not-Accept) header
types.

I added kludges just because I didn't know - is recognising 0x00 as
DATA is needed for other types of headers :)
