I saw a thousand of phones in my dumps and I've clearly seen those
behavior: if there's known binary representation of content-type then
whole accept thing is encoded like 0x80 (binary). If there's no such
mapping then it is encoded like 0x80 (null-terminated string).

I see no point in putting textual Accept: in request, and because ALL
phones doing as I said earlier, I think this is correct behavior.

What I don't know and haven't read anything on it yet - we have
well-known WSP_FIELD_VALUE_NONE and is using that value will be
_correct_ behavior? ...
... anyway we have plenty of sx1 here and need to deal with them.
